Residential Services that Work
We offer single visit service with a warranty for nearly all pests that will invade
your home.
If your home seems to require frequent service, or you feel just more secure with
a maintenance program there are several options available:

Quarterly Service
We provide four service calls per year. The spring service includes the interior
and exterior of your home. The summer and fall service include an exterior power
spray for ants, spiders, wasps and more. The winter service is for spiders and mice.
This complete service provides no-charge visits for emergency calls year round when
there is no interruption in service.

Semi-Annual
We provide service in the spring and fall for the inside and outside of your home.
We inspect and treat for mice, spiders, stinging insects and many other occasional
invaders that are common in most homes. Each service carries a 60 day warranty.

Summer Monthly
Many customers request a Summer Monthly program where we provide a power spray to
the perimeter of the home and check all other areas for possible pest problems including
swing sets, play areas etc. This service starts in April (weather permitting) or
May and continues through September.
