What we do:
- Treating your home during the nesting portion of the season will give you the best
results for prevention. This happens when the weather warms up enough to encourage
feeding and nest building. We have started as early as mid-April and will provide
the service until mid-summer.
- We treat your home from the roofline down. We treat behind shutters, corners of
houses with aluminum or vinyl siding and all overhangs and gable vents. Light fixtures
on the home as well as homes with natural stone facades. We also treat under deck
railings and other portions under the deck that are accessible.
We also will treat basketball poles, wooden swing sets, play areas, mailboxes and
outdoor grills although these portions of your property are not covered by the seasonal
warranty.
What you can expect:
- Following the treatment you will see flight activity around the sunny areas of your
home. Usually this is by the roofline and dormer areas. This is normal.
- There will be some spotting from the material on your windows; this cannot be helped
because of wind conditions and treating nesting areas close to windows. We do our
best to minimize this spotting. It is always best to arrange for your window washing
maintenance following the treatment.
What we cover in the warranty:
- Any yellow jacket nest that forms on the property through the end of November. This
includes nests in bushes or in the ground.
- Wasp nests under overhangs, behind shutters, under decks or in light fixtures.
- We offer same day service for emergency calls (yellow jackets entering your home).
What is not covered:
- Carpenter Bee damage, these holes need to be dusted and filled with caulk or a wood
filler, this may require extensive ladder work and is available at an additional
charge.
We provide a mosquito misting procedure targeted at all the areas around your home
that hide and produce mosquitos.
A summer program begins in the spring and is conducted on a regular basis if you
choose to have regular control throughout the summer.
We also can treat for parties to make your event a more comfortable experience. Treatment
can be applied up to a week in advance. Fees are reasonable and based on total square
footage.
We provide services for all rodent trapping and have a service available for complete wildlife control including coyote removal.
